Google Admits To Two Different Search Bugs

Google's John Mueller posted in two different forums, on two different search/webmaster topics, about two issues on Google's end that the webmaster cannot fix but rather Google has to fix.

The first was in a StackExchange thread where Google's Structured Data Testing Tool is not working right with the typical open graph data.

John responded to that complaint saying it is an issue on Google's end. He wrote:

This looks like a mix-up on our (Google's) side -- I'll pass it on to the team to check out. Thanks!

The second is in a Google Webmaster Help thread where the webmaster said Google's fetch and render feature is not rendering the page right even when it is not blocked. Google is saying it is blocked but what is blocked should not impact what is being rendered.

John Mueller said this is a bug with the tool and everything is actually fine. He wrote:

Looking into this issue here, this is something you don't need to worry about -- the pages render fine even with this file blocked.

So these are two small, but two admissions of bugs with Google search.
