Google has not taken action on Amazon for their footer link spam. Did you know Hummingbird impacts 90% of all searches? Google is now sharing more about algorithms impacting sites. Google’s Matt Cutts even told someone their site is impacted by Penguin. Google’s Matt Cutts also said it isn’t a good idea to copy and paste Wikipedia content. How long do algorithmic action penalties last. Google did Christmas webmaster support and spam fighting. Check out the Christmas logos from the search industry. That was this past week in search, everyone have an awesome New Years 2014 and that was this past week at the Search Engine Roundtable.
