itunes-subscribe-video.pngThis week at the Search Engine Roundtable, we covered some important topics on search and marketing. First up, Google updated their links schemes guidelines and called out optimized keyword rich anchor text throughout it. They also made a splash by calling out press releases, specifically. Google may have updated over last weekend but we do not have a confirmation. Google will likely rank stolen content above the content owner if the site was penalized. Google explains when do use ccTLDs and when not to. Google is testing a new form of sitelinks. Google AdSense finally added responsive design support with new beta ad units. Google AdSense publishers are claiming higher CTR and earnings since the favicons came out. Google is warning advertisers of quality score changes to the reports. Google also had a nice logo yesterday for Maria Mitchell, the first female astronomer. That was this past week in search at the Search Engine Roundtable.
