New SEO Term: Google Vibration Effect

Oct 14, 2011 - 8:19 am 15 by

Google Vibration EffectOn day two of a new SEO term, we have Google Vibration Effect.

This one comes with no explanation. A DigitalPoint Forums thread just has one webmaster stating someone told him his site suffers from it. He wrote:

Today I got a call from Google, they told me we are not promote your sites in Google. Your Sites has vibration effect.

I do not have any idea, what is vibration effect can anyone help me.

Thanks in Advance

Clearly, Google did not call him. But what does this term mean? What SEO scam is this related to or did the person misunderstand?

Vibration effect? Maybe it sounds like another term used? Maybe it is like a flux effect? I am not sure. Any ideas?
